Covid-19 risk management

Dear guests the Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly changed our lives and the way we manage our interpersonal relationships; once outside our homes we have to learn to live with the virus by adapting and changing our routines. At Marelaguna, the desire to host you has not changed, taking care of the serenity and peace of mind of your holiday in total safety.


  • We maintain a friendly and warm, but spaced-out relationship.
  • We at Marelaguna always wear a mask and take our temperature every day.
  • You must always wear a mask in common areas and maintain a social distance of one meter .
  • During your stay, we ask that you inform us promptly if you notice any fever or flu-like symptoms.
  • Only one person at a time will have access to reception.
  • Before checking in, we will ask you to send us your documents and names of guests electronically, to minimise contact. We will also provide you with information material in electronic form.
  • At check-out we prefer payment by card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, V PAY, MAESTRO.
  • In order to guarantee a reasonable amount of time for cleaning and sanitizing, rooms must be left before 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the departure date and check in cannot be done before 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.


  • Before entering the breakfast room, disinfect your hands with the gel provided. The use of a mask will be obligatory, except during the time you are seated at the table. .
  • Breakfast at Marelaguna will always be rich, genuine and "home-made", as our most loyal guests love it. For each room the products consumed will be for your exclusive use so that it is absolutely safe for your health.


  • All surfaces in the rooms and common areas will be disinfected in accordance with health regulations.
  • We also use ozone to sanitise in an ecological way. A system that leaves no chemical residue and makes it possible to treat even inaccessible areas
  • The rooms will be frequently ventilated.

Cancellation for direct bookings.

In the event of COVID restrictions (lock down, red zones, quarantine) bookings can be cancelled at any time without charge. Any deposits will be refunded in full.
